Freshness, Refunds & Returns

Freshness & Beer dates

We sell a lot of beer and rarely have stock sitting around for long, this means that all of our beers are fresh and not short dated. All of our beers are kept refrigerated from the moment it arrives from the brewery or wholesaler until the courier picks up your package. The transit time from our store to you is the only time the beer is at ambient temperatures. This freshness guarantee also includes any flash sales we have on offer online. We will clearly state if the sale is due to short dated items.

The free delivery option is based on postcode and will automatically be an option once you reach an order over $75.

Beer cartons excluded from free shipping. If a 16 or 24pk is in your cart the free shipping wont be available.

Shipping Charges

We offer delivery via courier and Australia Post. Both will provide a tracking number. Please see our FAQ for estimated delivery times. POBOX addresses will be delivered by Australia Post.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times are based on courier pickup times. Orders received after 3pm will be collected by the courier the next morning. Delivery days are Monday to Friday. If your location is not listed shipping times are 3-5 days (Monday – Friday).



  • Brisbane, Ipswich, Moreton Bay & Gold Coast is approx. 1 to 1.5 days
  • Sunshine Coast is approx. 1-2 Days
  • Toowoomba is approx. 2 Days
  • Other Metro Areas/Cities 2-3 Days
  • Other Areas with Australia Post and approx. 3-5 Days

* Note some outer regions and residential areas serviced once daily. Delivery times from courier pickup varies on Metro and regional areas. 

**Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Public Holidays will affect delivery times and its best to order earlier (at least 2 days) to ensure the package arrives on time. 


Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup from our Greenslopes Cellars store 7 days a week. Please allow 1 hour for us to pick & pack your order. We are located at the IGA complex 620 Logan Road, Greenslopes. Plenty of parking!  

Your order will be marked as completed and you should receive an email notifying you the order is ready for pickup. 

Please remember to provide us with your order number and name when collecting items.

All paid pickup orders will be kept in our cold-room for 21 days and will send you reminders to pickup your order.

*Pickup orders wont be shipped!

Ordering Process - ATL + Signed

Your order is received and picked at our greenslopes store ASAP to secure your items. You will be notified once shipment is sent out. Please see the faq for more information on delivery times. Tracking will be provided and the package will be left in a safe place.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 – Signed parcels are not available

We offer authority to leave as the standard courier method, but if you email us before your order we can put a special note for a signed parcel. If you select for a signed parcel and your not home – a re-delivery attempt may happen or left at the collection centre. This is out of our control.
